I had Dr Tom Rushden, he was so brilliant. lt was my first visit and he made me feel relaxed, and completely at ease. He was very thorough and really tried to help ease my worries, and deal with the problems l had. l cant praise him high enough, absolutely great first visit and l couldnt be more impressed. So huge thank you for a great appointment.

Rang surgery 8.30am when phone lines opened and was number43!!!. Was hanging on the line for 15 minutes before I got through to speak to anyone.

The appointment system is ridiculous in this day and age. You phone at 8.30 on the dot and are number 53, I have tried to call earlier but then you eventually get through to a machine saying you are calling out of hours, so I am interested to know how 53 people got through before me!! On- line appointments is needed and will save money, so why are they taking such a long time to install it? The time of 8.30am is not practically for working people as this is normally when they are on their way to work. Also getting a late appointment or evening / weekend is very hard for working people. The doctors, I have seem many over the years, have been good and bad. Some outstanding and very caring, some of them sound like they are reading a manual rather than listening to what the patient is saying!
